ConstrucaoNova acts exclusively as an informational and promotional platform and does not provide real estate brokerage, mediation, or sales services.
2. Nature of the Platform
ConstrucaoNova is a digital platform dedicated exclusively to the presentation and promotion of new build developments in Portugal.
The platform:
• Does not participate in negotiations
• Does not define pricing or commercial terms
• Does not intervene in sales processes
• Does not represent buyers, sellers, or investors
Its role is limited to visibility, information structuring, and enquiry forwarding.
3. Project Listings and Information Sources
ConstrucaoNova may publish project information based on publicly available sources, including professional websites, real estate agency platforms, and other public materials, under a free institutional listing.
Such listings are created for informational purposes only.
Professionals may at any time:
• Claim ownership of a project listing
• Request corrections or updates
• Upgrade the listing to a paid visibility plan
4. Professional Responsibilities
The professional represents and warrants that:
• All project information provided directly by the professional is accurate, current, and legally valid
• The professional holds the necessary rights or authorisations to publish submitted content
• All technical, legal, commercial, and regulatory aspects of the project are the sole responsibility of the professional
ConstrucaoNova assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of professional-provided information.
5. Use of Content
By submitting content or claiming a project listing, the professional grants ConstrucaoNova a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:
• Publish and display project-related information
• Organise, adapt, and format content for editorial and technical purposes
• Use the content for informational and promotional activities related to the project
This authorisation does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.
6. Free and Paid Visibility Plans
ConstrucaoNova offers both free and paid visibility plans.
• Free listings provide basic institutional presence with limited visibility and functionality
• Paid plans provide enhanced exposure, prioritised placement, and promotional features
Plan features, pricing, and availability are determined by ConstrucaoNova and may be updated over time.
ConstrucaoNova reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove free listings at any time, without prior notice.
7. Lead Forwarding
User enquiries submitted through the platform are forwarded according to the professional’s instructions, either to:
• The professional directly
• An authorised real estate agency
• A designated sales partner
ConstrucaoNova does not manage, qualify, or convert leads and assumes no responsibility for follow-up, conversion, or commercial outcomes.
8. No Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed in writing, project listings on ConstrucaoNova are non-exclusive.
Professionals remain free to promote their projects through other channels, platforms, or partners.
9. Suspension or Removal of Listings
ConstrucaoNova reserves the right to suspend or remove any project listing that:
• Contains false, misleading, or outdated information
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes third-party rights
• Breaches these Professional Terms and Conditions
10. Limitation of Liability
ConstrucaoNova shall not be liable for:
• Commercial results or sales performance
• Decisions made by users based on platform information
• Relationships or agreements between professionals, agencies, and buyers
11. Amendments
ConstrucaoNova reserves the right to amend these Professional Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Professional Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
